1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and mobile SDK identifiers. This policy covers all of them when used on ItsForSale.
2. How we use cookies
Under Irish and EU ePrivacy rules and Data Protection Commission guidance:
- Strictly necessary cookies and storage can be used without consent (security, keeping you logged in, remembering your choices).
- Analytics, marketing and other non-essential cookies require prior, affirmative consent: no pre-ticked boxes, no bundling, and Reject must be as easy as Accept.
Right now: ItsForSale uses strictly necessary storage only. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

5. How to manage or withdraw consent
- Browser settings can block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage will stop login and posting from working.
- If we add non-essential cookies, a Cookie settings link will appear in the footer so you can Accept, Reject or Manage them at any time.
- On mobile, you can reset the advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your phone's settings.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. If we add analytics or marketing later
Before any non-essential cookie is used, we will show a banner with equal-prominence buttons, for example:
